Process 

The Leadership Solution is divided into a series of integrated meetings, tests and agreements that will result in a scope of works document. CMC Global work closely with the Learning and Development team, HR or Company Directors to report findings. We then review and refine so that the program is always on track and delivering to our agreed performance targets. 

Not only do we seek feedback from stakeholders but we also maintain a rigour of self-audit through the management team themselves so that we can ensure that the initiative satisfies their expectations and that the management team themselves notice performance improvements.
